Let Centrallets.com help you help you find the right the property for you. As well as checking our current list of available properties, tell us what your requirements are and we will see if we can find something suitable.
We’ll also guide you through the procedures involved in renting a property, check out our downloads on all the aspects of renting a property and being a tenant.
You can also be assured that you have the protection afforded from renting through professional Letting Agents.
Viewing times are by appointment and are flexible, generally it will be quite possible to view properties in the evenings and weekends if necessary.
The Letting Procedure
Tenants need to pass a credit referencing check prior to a tenancy being signed, a member of staff will guide you through this.
If you are an existing tenant then a reference from your current Landlord will also be required.
Lease signings are conducted in our offices and tenants need as standard one months rent deposit, plus one months rent in advance. We will also require photographic ID, proof of current address (for example a current bill, bank statement, credit card statement).
Tenants will be issued with an inventory of the property and its condition, 2 sets of keys, and our Guide Book for tenants.
Maintenance of the Property
If any problems occur with your property, then Centrallets.com is who you should contact, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as is practically possible.

Ending a Tenancy
Before your tenancy is due to finish, we will contact you to see if you wish to extend it. if not, then we will set a date to end the tenancy, and a Centrallets.com member of staff will visit the property to conduct an exit inspection, prior to arranging the return of your deposit.
